Despite the fact that the overwhelming victory of Republicans in the 2024 U.S. elections across all branches of government is perceived by some as a rollback from the principles of inclusivity and diversity, it is, in fact, a clear continuation of the same Chaos trends. People who disagreed with how these principles were implemented by the U.S. Democrats, or with the principles themselves, lacked real influence over the majority’s decisions—just as many underserved and underrepresented groups had before them. This Republican victory represents the inclusion of people who share their perspective in the country’s governance processes, further advancing the trend of inclusivity and diversity.
